Pokemon Gyms and Elite Four

Welcome to Pokemon Gyms and Elite Four! Here you can challenge (and possibly become) a/one of gym leader/the elite four. This is a competitive battling/trading site for Pokemon Pearl, Diamond, and Platinum. There will be 8 Gym leaders and 4 (+ 1 for the champion so 5) of the Elite Four. Please read the rules before doing anything that could get you deleted.

   Just an update on the tourney participation...not a single application has been filled out.  There have been some trainers that the staff members have been battling that could get the position.  What we want is to have a large group of trainers to choose from.  We understand that we have a while until the tourney, but the sooner your teams are in, the easier it will be.

   Also, we have not received any dates for Christmas holidays.  This tourney is based upon member participation.  If we don't have member participation, then the tourney will not work.  We need the dates for Christmas holidays from anyone wanting to participate.  That way, we can put a date on the tourney that will work for everyong.

   The staff is working on figuring out another prize for the winner, and a possible second prize for the runner up...so...read the details and send in those applications!

   After much consideration, we have decided to put off the tourney until the Christmas holidays.  This is due to many applicants and helpful voluteers not being able to participate due to work or other factors.  We don't have a set date as of yet, but it will be in December.  Please send Damien the starting date of the Christmas holidays for your area so we can choose a date that will work for everyone.  Those who are working and already know their schedule, please have it ready.  Once all the dates are in, Damien will post a thread asking when any participants and volunteers can participate.  We're sorry for any inconveniences, but hey, at least we'll have a larger group of top-notch trainers to choose from!

  After much anticipation, we now have the details for the Thanksgiving Tourney posted.  If you are interested, click here for the details.  The tourney will be held the Saturday following Thanksgiving.  That's Saturday, November 28.  We will begin at 1:00 EST (10:00 PST).  All submissions must be completed by midnight (that's 12:00am between that Friday and the tourney day).  We look forward to your participation!

  We have only one spot remaining for Gym Leaders.  At this rate, we may not need the tourney...just kidding!  The last spot is for Leader #8, so we need the best trainer we can get.  Look for a thread in the Gym Leaders section of the forums for details on requirements for the tourney.  Rules and restrictions will be posted as well.  Look also for Damien's post for what types are left available for the last leader.  The sidebar is up to date with the newest Gym Leaders added.  We're all looking forward to the tourney and all the talented trainers that it's guaranteed to bring out of the woodwork.

  After one long day of our server being down, Webs has finally got it back up and running. We have done a lot of maintenance on the forum such as deleting old categories, moving around old ones, retitling, etc. However, this was not the reason that the server was down, that one is completely on Webs. PK has added something we can use for advertising, PGEF Animations/Avatars/Signatures. If you wish to submit anything, PM it to PK. However, we are not promising that he will accept it.     Happy Halloween from PGEF! We have made quite a few updates, and got a custom domain name. The old one still works perfectly fine, but the new one is:

   As you may have noticed, qw got rid of the Event Chatroom and the Shadow Frontier. Qw have also changed the name for the 'Fun Page' to 'Arcade'. There are now new guidelines for affiliates, so please check to be sure you qualify before you PM/e-mail us. Sadly, we are still working on the HGSS Event, but while you wait, Midnight Academy, a role playing game branched to this site by King Ruby (now known as Bravery), should keep you busy. If you have any suggestions for PGEF, please visit the correct category on the forums. We have been noticing a large amount of people post questions about Pokemon in the general discussion forum, instead of the correct one. If this continues, we will start deleting topics instead of moving them. Take the extra time to scroll down, and save us a lot of time. Thanks,

  As the release of Pokemon Heat Gold and Soul Silver draws nearer (for the USA), PGEF is preparing a brand new event! We will be giving every member to show up for the event a Ho-oh, Lugia, or Ho-Oh, depending on which they want.

       Pokemon.com has officially released the info on the Shaymin Event. The event will take place through September 28th, to November 8th. This event must be downloaded through wi-fi, by using Mystery Gift. Once you have downloaded the event, load your game, go to a Pokemart, and talk to the man in green.
